Insurance policies are contracts between patients and their insurance providers. If you have dental insurance, please bring all relevant insurance information to your initial visit. Our experienced team is happy to assist with claim submission for services provided in our office and to help guide you through the process.

While we advocate on your behalf, insurance coverage is not a guarantee of payment, and we cannot determine or guarantee how much an insurance company will pay. Any balance not covered by insurance is the patient’s responsibility. If you have specific questions about your benefits or expected coverage, we recommend contacting your insurance carrier directly.
