Financial Policy

At your initial consultation, you will receive a written estimate of fees for any recommended procedure or surgery. We are committed to providing the highest quality care at the most reasonable cost.

Payment is required at the time of surgery, either in full or as a required deposit. For your convenience, we accept major credit cards including Visa and MasterCard.

Please note: A 2.5% surcharge applies to all card transactions. This fee is charged by our payment processor and is not retained by our office.

If you have dental insurance, our office will gladly submit claims on your behalf as a courtesy. However, insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance provider.

All accounts must be paid in full within 60 days, regardless of pending insurance claims, unless prior arrangements are made with our business office before treatment.

Private Pay

Many patients choose to see Dr. Subedar as a private-pay provider for his advanced training, experience, and surgical expertise.

If insurance is not being billed, you are responsible for the full cost of services provided. Payment is due on the day of treatment.

Late Fees

Payment is due on the day services are provided. Accounts with an outstanding balance after the first billing notice may be subject to additional charges, including a $25 late fee, re-billing fees, and/or interest at 1%–1.5% per month on the unpaid balance.

These charges apply to all accounts that remain unpaid after the initial notice.
